Company Profile
Constable Commercial was established by Andy Constable, a twenty-eight (28) year veteran of commercial real estate, for the purpose of providing the best possible commercial real estate service to its clients. Our expertise ranges from the acquisition, development, leasing and sales of retail strip centers and small garden office to regional malls and class "A" office. Industrial/R&D properties and requirements are also serviced, however, on a selective basis. Although the focal point is servicing the Santa Clara County (Silicon Valley) in Northern California, Constable Commercial also has a working knowledge of San Mateo, Alameda and Contra Costa County, as well as south to Monterey and San Benito County. In addition, due to our development background, Constable Commercial is capable of providing the same high level of expertise and service to many other areas in Northern California. Lastly, Constable Commercial selectively represents tenants seeking space in the markets described above.
Constable Commercial has established a notable network of relationships with developers, landlords, and tenants of all sizes and requirements. Furthermore, Constable Commercial has access to a wide array of general market and tenant specific information. Our proprietary and up to date data bases include, current available properties, tenant directories, comparable transactions for leases and sales, and active brokers for quick email communication. These and other systems used by Constable Commercial are consistently updated and used to identify, track and follow up to potential opportunities and market trends.
